What are the fees?

Cheer Scouts is a non profit organization dedicated to providing life essentials through the spirit of cheer, poms, dance and community services. Our monthly dues are $15 weekly.

Annual Membership Fee

Monthly/Season Fees/Dues

  $25 per girl   

Squads often collect small local dues to keep the entire organization running and safe. It covers background checks & volunteer screening, insurance coverage, program development, technology & support systems, staff support and training. Cheer Scouts dues are $15 weekly.

  $150 per girl average

 Monthly tuition or gym fees often range   $100 to $300 + depending on how many  practices, facilty costs, level of team, etc.

Uniforms/Gear/Accessories

Optional: you may pay for vests, badges, uniform pieces, or patches. Sometimes $30-$70 .

Uniforms, shoes, bows, practice wear, competition outfits, and accessories can easily total several hundreds to over a thousand dollars for a season.

Competition/Travel/Event Costs

Usually minimal-

Competitions, outings or field trips are low-cost or locally arranged.

Competition entry fees, travel (hotels, food, gas/flight), performance fees, choreography, and more can push costs way up. Many programs see $2000-$3000 (or more) per cheerleader perseason

Fundraising/Scholarships/Aid

Cheer Scouts strongly encourages fundraising (like cotton candy sales) to offset costs.

Cheer programs often require or encourage fundraising, sponsorships, or booster club support to help families cover costs.
